Creamy Cafe Latte

Prep time: 2 mins                  Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 8-ounce cup of organic black coffee
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (more if you want a creamier drink)
  • 1 tablespoon organic grass-fed unsalted butter
  • Optional: a few drops of stevia extract

Directions:

  1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix at high for 15 — 30 seconds until frothy.
  3. Enjoy immediately!
