Creamy Cafe Latte
Prep time: 2 mins Serves: 1
- 8-ounce cup of organic black coffee
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (more if you want a creamier drink)
- 1 tablespoon organic grass-fed unsalted butter
- Optional: a few drops of stevia extract
- Pop all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Mix at high for 15 — 30 seconds until frothy.
- Enjoy immediately!
