      Hi Mary, you can take the suggested amount on the bottle to start out. Then you can slowly add up to 6 capsules a day.

    Yes ,yes , my husband and I have these problem, sore muscle and cramps, irregular heartbeats ,almonds, spinach, are our main foods we eat all the time. I try my best to stay up with foods that are good for us. I`m always reading your books and emails I get from you. I agree that the both of us needs more magnesium in our diets.
