Beat the heat with this cool, sweet treat!

Hydrating with this delicious watermelon detox water will help flush toxins out of your body.

Watermelon is a detox champ because it’s loaded with the organic compound citrulline, an amino acid that helps the liver and kidneys get rid of ammonia.

We drink this yummy flavored water around the house instead of sodas and so-called “vitamin” waters (which are actually pumped full of dangerous chemicals.)

It’s easy to make, delicious to drink and good for you. Why not give it a try today?

How often should one drink the apple cider detox elixir?

Hi Rosanne, you can drink it as long as you are doing a detox. Personally, I’d do it for 10 days and then cycle off of it and then do it periodically. Any type of detox should be cycled on and off throughout the year. This included 🙂

Do you start off with fresh mint and watermelon every day?

    • Dr. Charles Livingston D.C. Dr. Charles Livingston D.C. says:

Hi Debbie, yes, that would be a great way to start off the day! At least in the summer time. I’m big on cycling what you do after a sustained period of time.
