Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Elixir
Prep time: 2 mins Serves: 1
- 1 glass of filtered water (12 — 16 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (I like Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- Blend all ingredients together.
