    Can the apple cider vinegar detox elixir be made in batches and kept in the fridge for a couple of days?

      Hi Joanne, no, it shouldn’t be made in batches. Part of the effectiveness of the detox is the freshly squeezed lemon. As soon as you squeeze the lemon, you have 10 minutes before the enzymes from the lemon die. So, you should drink this within 10 minutes of squeezing the lemon for maximum effectiveness.

    Why do you say to drink this instead of eating breakfast. I make warm lemon water each morning and take L-carnitine. Then I usually walk or wait a half hour and eat breakfast.

    Is it really recommended to simply drink the apple cider vinegar detox and then to wait…how long before eating food?

      Hi Rosanne, I’m just giving another option. Remember there are a 1000 ways to skin a cat. And there are multiple options to get you where you want to go. If what you are doing is working, then keep doing it! If it isn’t, then change it up. I’m constantly changing my diet and exercise program just because I want to see how my body responds. Sometimes it works better, sometimes worse, but my body is always adapting to new things which is what I want 🙂 And results of course!

      Hi Patricia, I would wait on any type of detox til after you are nursing. You don’t want to take the chance of releasing toxins into your blood stream which could then affect your child. Chances are it isn’t a big deal because it’s a small amount but it’s better safe than sorry 🙂
